In the interest of protec on from power surges and electrical shorts, the ITC u lizes a 5 Amp, 120 Volt Fast‐Blow fuse*. 3 Drawer Collection System The Memphis Elite features a three drawer system allowing the user to collect and discard grease and ash. The center drawer is used to collect ash during normal grill use, while the two outer drawers serve the purpose of collecting grease.
