The following describes how to update the software using a microSD card.
Insert the microSD card to the memory card slot of the product in advance.

Access the download site on a PC, and download the ZIP file (example:
FCS02_V1.G00.00.zip)
The URL for the download site is shown below.
http://cs.kddi.com/support/komatta/download.html

Open the downloaded ZIP file and make sure the "FCS02-UPDATE.upkg"
file exists

Use the USB cable to connect the PC to the product, and copy the
"FCS02-UPDATE.upkg" file to the microSD card
For details on how to save to a microSD card, see "Copying data on a PC" (
When saving the file to the microSD card, do not save it to a folder.

Press and hold 8 (power key) until the power turns off

Press and hold 8 (power key) with 6 (zoom in key) held down until
the update starts

After the update ends, the "FCS02-UPDATE.upkg" file is no longer needed. Delete it.
