Security settings

It is advisable to apply certain security features in the event that
your Toshiba phone is lost or stolen.
You can apply the following security to prevent unauthorised use:
• SIM PIN - this feature prevents unauthorised use of your SIM
card in any phone. When this feature is activated, you will be
prompted for your PIN when you switch on your Toshiba phone.
If the PIN is not entered correctly, the SIM card will be disabled.
• Power on lock - this feature prevents unauthorised use of your
Toshiba phone. When this feature is activated, you will be
prompted for a security code when you switch on your Toshiba
phone.
• Phone lock - this feature prevents unauthorised use of your
Toshiba phone which it is on. When this feature is activated, you
will need to enter a security code to deactivate the feature before
you can use your Toshiba phone.
• Key lock - this feature prevents accidental calls and operations.

NOTE: Emergency calls can be placed at any time, without
requiring deactivation of any security feature first.
