BATTERY WIRING DIAGRAM

REPLACEMENT INSTRUCTIONS

DRIVE WHEEL
1. Turn off power.
2. Place the power chair in drive mode.
3. Place a support under the frame so that the drive wheel is off the ground.
4. Remove the 17mm nut holding the drive wheel onto the axle. Note: Make sure to retain the nut and washer.
5. Remove the drive wheel noting hardware placement. Note: Make sure to retain the axle key. See figure 8.
6. Install the new drive wheel. Note: Make sure the axle key is installed correctly in the axle slot.
7. Remove the frame support.
8. Power on and test the power chair.
