3. Inserting the batteries · Open the upper cover of the player, press the cover of battery compartment marking OPEN , push it up and open the cover of battery compartment. · Insert 2 AA Ni-MH batteries or new high-duty alkaline batteries according to the polarity being marked on battery cover or in battery compartment.

6. Mode select: · When playing CD, press the MODE button: - one times for repeat to playback the playing track again and again. - two times for repeat to playback the entire disc. - three times for selecting intro-playing mode. - four times for selecting random playing mode.

· INTRO playing mode: when intro-playing mode is selected, the INTRO will flash on the LCD, and after the playing track is playing over or press PLAY/PAUSE button the player will play the first 10 seconds of each track on the disc at the 1st track. During in intro playing, press PLAY/PAUSE button once more to escape for normal sequence playing at the intro-playing track.
Cleaning 1. Cleaning the cabinet Wipe with a soft cloth. If the cabinet is very dampen (not dropping wet) the cloth with a weak solution of soapy water, and then wipe clean. 2. Cleaning discs Fingerprints should be carefully wiped from the surface of disc with a soft cloth. Unlike conventional records, compact discs have no grooves to collect dust and macroscopic dirt, so gently wiping them with a soft cloth should remove must panicles.
