The Bugaboo Cameleon seat has a 5-point harness, which is comprised of
2 shoulder belts, 1 crotch belt and 2 waist belts.
Use the safety belts when the child is sitting in the seat. Prevent the child from
falling out of the seat and being injured.
step 1 using safety belts
a. Fit the seat to the chassis (with the brake applied) or
on the floor.
b. Place the child in the seat.
c Pull the crotch belt forwards between the child's legs.
d Attach the waist belts over the child's waist to the crotch
belt. Tighten the belts to fit the child.
e Attach the shoulder belts over the child's shoulders to
the waist belts. Tighten the belts to fit the child's length.
f. You should now have heard a 'click' 4 times. This
means the child is sitting securely in the Bugaboo
Cameleon seat.
The Bugaboo Cameleon's bassinet and frame are fitted with extra fastening rings. If required, you
can use them to attach an extra harness or extra belts. The fastening rings are attached to the base
of the bassinet. The waist belts with extra fastening rings are attached to the frame.
