CABLE ROUTING DIAGRAM

1 Radiator hose
2 Throttle cable
3 Clutch cable
4 "ENGINE STOP" button lead
5 Radiator breather hose
6 C.D.I. magneto lead
7 Ignition coil lead
CABLE ROUTING DIAGRAM
A Pass the clutch cable on the out-
side of the throttle cable and
"ENGINE STOP" button lead.
B Pass through the cable guide the
throttle cable, "ENGINE STOP"
button lead and clutch cable.
C Align the throttle cable locating
tape with the cable guide.
D Pass above the radiator hose the
throttle cable, "ENGINE STOP"
button lead and clutch cable.
E Clamp the "ENGINE STOP" but-
ton lead to the frame.
F Clamp to the frame the throttle
cable, clutch cable, TPS (throttle
position sensor) lead and sole-
noid valve lead.
G Clamp to the frame the throttle
cable, TPS (throttle position sen-
sor) lead and solenoid valve
lead.

H Pass the clutch cable in front of
the center of the cylinder head
tightening nut.
I Pass the air vent hose, overflow
hose and crankcase breather
hose between the frame and
connecting rod.
J Locate the clamp ends in the
arrowed range.
