I cleaned my trane xr13 according to instructions I found online, shutting power off at the electrical panel, disconnecting brown and purple wires from compacitor, and then the black wire from the board, and removing fan assembly. I then removed side panel and cleaned everything with a hose making sure to stay away from electrical wires. After putting everything together and turning back on power, the heat pump won't start up. The light on the board flashes 3 quick times continuously. I have tried turning unit off at wall unit and waiting, but only furnace fan turns on, the fan itself on the heat pump never turns on. I have tried heat and cool, waiting a good amount of time, but only get the furnace fan blowing through registers.....
