4TWR3060B 5.2 Factory Charge Trane outdoor condensing units are factory charged with the system charge required for the outdoor condensing unit, fifteen (15) feet of tested connecting line, and the smallest indoor evaporative coil match. If connecting line length exceeds fifteen (15) feet and/or a larger indoor evaporative coil is installed, then final refrigerant charge adjustment is necessary. -

STEP 5 - Replace the pressure tap valve cores after the service valves have cooled. Section 8. Refrigerant Line Leak Check 8.1 Check For Leaks STEP 1 - Pressurize the refrigerant lines and 150 PSIG evaporator coil to 150 PSIG using dry nitrogen. STEP 2 - Check for leaks by using a soapy solu- tion or bubbles at each brazed location. -

Questions and answers
I cleaned my trane xr13 according to instructions I found online, shutting power off at the electrical panel, disconnecting brown and purple wires from compacitor, and then the black wire from the board, and removing fan assembly. I then removed side panel and cleaned everything with a hose making sure to stay away from electrical wires. After putting everything together and turning back on power, the heat pump won't start up. The light on the board flashes 3 quick times continuously. I have tried turning unit off at wall unit and waiting, but only furnace fan turns on, the fan itself on the heat pump never turns on. I have tried heat and cool, waiting a good amount of time, but only get the furnace fan blowing through registers.....
