Troubleshooting

The table below lists common problems and actions you can take� If you are
unable to resolve a problem, please contact your home care provider�

What You Should Do
Check that the power cord is
plugged in� Press the power button
twice�
Press the power button twice�
Make sure the tubing is connected
properly to the oxygen outlet port
and that it is free of any obstruction�
Wait 10 minutes for the device to
deliver oxygen at the prescribed
concentration� If the condition
persists, contact your home care
provider�
