6.4.6. Connecting Online and Transferring the Scan List
Connect online with the Controller, and transfer the setting (scan list) of the set device to
the DeviceNet Unit via the Controller. When the transfer is completed, remote I/O
communications start automatically.
Precautions for Correct Use
Please confirm that the DeviceNet cable is connected before proceeding to the following
procedure.
If it is not connected, turn OFF the power to the devices, and then connect the DeviceNet
cable.

Select Auto Online from the
Network Menu.

The Auto Online Dialog Box is
displayed. Select the USB
connection Option in the
Connection type Field, and click
the Connect Button.
A screen is displayed indicating
the connection is being
established.
