Cleaning an d maintenance
WARNING: PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR
APPLIANCE IS DISCONNECTED FROM
YOUR
ATTEMPTING TO CLEAN IT.
o Do not clean the appliance by pouring water onto it or spraying
water over it.
o The blast chiller should be cleaned periodically, using a solution
of bicarbonate of soda and lukewarm water.
o Clean the accessories separately with soap and water. Do not
clean them in a dishwasher.
o Do not use abrasive products, detergents or soaps. Do not
scrape the surface with sharp objects.
o After washin g the appliance, wipe over the area that you have
cleaned with a damp cloth and then dry it
thoroughly.
o Use only water for washing the seal on the front.
The probe should be washed by hand, usi
