Previous literature covering the following models, lists the wattage of 110 volt
heading elements as follows:
The ratings that are actually stamped on the replacement heating elements are
as follows:
These elements are identical and are covered under the same part numbers.
The difference being that the newer elements have been rated at 115 volt input
rather than 110 volt input.
The American Gas Association now requires that every refrigerator be
supplied with a spare parts list included inside the cabinet. They are also
requiring that all literature packaged inside the cabinet, from this point on, rate
electrical input at 120 volt A.C. Therefore, the new spare parts list supplied with
the refrigerator will list the wattage, at 120 volt input, as follows:
Once again, these elements are identical to the previous elements and are
covered under the same part numbers which are as follows:
Should a customer be concerned that the wattage stamped on the heating
element does not correspond to that shown in his spare parts list, the above
information should be passed on to him.
