When a call is coming in, the phone will ring, vibrate and flash. Answer by pushing the green
Call/Answer key and allowing a few seconds for the CA to set up and send you captions.. When
you receive the CA's greeting, you know you are connected.
Sometimes people will call directly without going through Relay. Once you pick up, you can ask
them to call your 800 number or 711 first, or let the call go to voicemail and retrieve the
voicemail later and call them back. If no captions have come after about 5 seconds, it is
probably not a relay call.
8. Mobile Captions Service

Your Nokia phone is preloaded with the Mobile Captions Service application:

The MCS logo is set in the upper left hand corner of the home screen, and first on the list of
items when you select the Menu button. The Home/Menu key is the button with the little
house on it just above the green button. Push it once from within any application and it takes
you to the home screen. Push it from the home screen, and it takes you to the Menu.
You do not need to start the MCC application unless you have previously turned it off. All
outgoing calls are Relay calls. For incoming calls to be Relay calls they must first be directed to
the Relay Service Center. See Section 7, above.

Navigation on the phone is accomplished by the center, silver, Navigation, or "Navi
" /Scroll
key and the "Selection" keys on the upper right and left of the keypad. You can also use the
