CONVERTING APPLIANCE FORUSE INSTALLATION OFLP ORIFICE SPUDS

A. Replace allorificespuds
Step1: Remove t hegrates andburner heads.
Step2: Remove a luminum venturi tube. FIGURE 8
Step3: Trima smallpiece ofmasking tape tothesize ofa dimeand
a_fix itover t heendofa 5/16"nutdriver. 5 BURNER MODEL

Step4: Firmly press thenutdriver o ver t heorifice spud (figure 7)and _ f..l---._-__ /,--"'_--_
loosen spud by turning counterclockwise. Carefully l ift nut / ,_--J.___\
driver o utofburner throat. Odfice spud should b ecaptured i n
therecess. Repeat this stepforeachburner.
