    (Water Protection) indicates the extent of protection against water entering the fixture. An IP65 rated lighting fixture such as the LEVEL Q7 IP™ is one which has been designed and tested to protect against the ingress of dust (6) and high pressure water jets from any direction (5).
  • Page 5 WARRANTY REGISTRATION ™ The LEVEL Q7 IP carries a two year (730 days) limited warranty. Please fill out the enclosed warranty card to validate your purchase. All returned service items whether under warranty or not, must be freight pre-paid and accompany a return authorization (R.A.) number.

  • Page 15 Connect the provided XLR cable to the female XLR output of your controller and the other side to the male XLR input of the LEVEL Q7 IP™ (Please refer to the diagram below.). You can chain multiple panels together through serial linking. The cable that should be used is two conductor, shielded DMX cable with XLR input and output connectors.
  • Page 16 w w w . e l a t i o n l i g h t i n g . c o m ! 5-Pin XLR DMX CONNECTORS Some manufactures use 5-pin XLR connectors for DATA transmission in place of 3-pin. 5-pin XLR fixtures may be implemented in a 3-pin XLR DMX line.
  • Page 17 In the case of the LEVEL Q7 IP™, when in 9 channel mode (default can also be set to 4, 5, 7, or 9), you should set the starting DMX address of the first unit to 1, the second unit to 10 (1 + 9), the third unit to 19 (10 + 9), the fourth unit to 28 (19 + 9) and so on.
