Problem
Have to

Possible causes
Battery life is related to
network signal
strength and
applications you are
running.
In high-temperature
environments battery
life will be shortened.
Poor service
conditions will reduce
battery life.
Battery power has
been depleted.
Phone is locked up
USIM card malfunction
or damage.
USIM card inserted
improperly.
Possible solution
Switch off Wi-Fi,
Bluetooth or select
Flight mode to
conserve power.
Battery will not charge
above 45°C and will
discharge quicker in high
temperatures.
In areas of low
coverage it is normal
to charge more than
once per day.
Plug in and leave on
charge for 4 hours.
Press and hold the
power button for 10
seconds to reset.
Take the USIM card to
your service provider.
Insert the USIM card
properly.
