ADDITIONAL MENU (ADD. Menu)

The menu is in addition to the main options menu, this sub-menu extends the capabilities of the
sound and the display options as well as an option to adjust the auto-tuning of the balance to the
soil.
To enter the sub-menu, press and hold down MENU Navigate the sub menu options by using the
buttons + and - Selecting a menu item and enter the submenu by pressing the OK button Navigate
the parameters of the selected sub-menu by the buttons + and - to select an option use the button
OK. To change the values in the selected parameter use buttons + and -. To exit the sub menu press
MENU.
MENU OPTIONS:
1. Tones Settings RT (Border 2, Border 3, Border 4, Freq. RT);
2. Tones settings ST (Frequency LT, Freq. 2, Freq. 3, Freq. 4, Freq. 5);
3. Other Settings (Duration ST, Economy Mode, GS Filter, Rate MM,EMI Filter MM).
TONE SETTINGS RT
In this menu you can adjust the audio VDI boundaries for the RT tones to suit your particular needs.
As well as adjusting the frequency of the audible threshold. You can narrow or spread out the audio
range to fit any particular detecting needs.
TONE SETTINGS ST
In this menu you can change the frequency of the ST border tones to fit your personal preferences.
The higher the number, the higher the pitch. The lowest tone corresponds to iron, while the highest
to the highly conductive metals. Please consider when changing the lower ST tone, that the tone of
the channel RT has its own distinct value (adjustable via menu "SETTING TONE "). It is recommended
to try and not set the ST tones to the same or similar value as the RT tone as it will become
indistinguishable from the latter.
OTHER SETTINGS
Duration ST. This parameter sets the level of the duration of the tone bursts in the Sound Modes RT-
ST and RTL-ST. The far left position corresponds to the shortest tone duration.
Economy Mode [On. / Off.] This parameter switches the current excitation level in the coil and allows
you to adjust the sensitivity and power consumption to fit different search conditions (see above)
GS FILTER {OFF/1-20} This option allows you to choose the level of suppression of false alarms caused
by soil with high electrical conductivity. (saline soils, sea beach, etc.).
This is especially important when using a large-size (10 'and 12.5' x9, 5 ') search coils operating at
high frequencies (14-20 kHz) due to the characteristics of the interaction of these coils with highly
conductive soils.
