19. Orient the Front Upright Cover (91) as shown.
Press the Front Upright Cover (91) into the Rear
Upright Cover (80).
Attach the Front Upright Cover (91) to the
Upright (4) with a #8 x 3/4" Screw (123).
20. Make sure that all parts are properly tightened before you use the elliptical. Note: After assembly is com-
pleted, some extra parts may be left over. Place a mat beneath the elliptical to protect the floor.
If you purchase the optional chest heart rate monitor (see page 23), follow the additional step below to
install the receiver included with the heart rate monitor.
21. See steps 18 and 19. Remove the Front and
Rear Upright Covers (91, 80) if necessary.
Remove the paper from the adhesive pad on
the back of the Receiver (A). Press the Receiver
onto the indicated location on the inside of the
Rear Upright Cover (80) below the Accessory
Tray (37).
See the inset drawing. Make sure that the
antenna on the Receiver (A) is oriented so
that it is in a horizontal position parallel to
the floor.
Connect the wire on the Receiver (A) to the
Extension Wire (150).
Next, attach the Rear Upright Cover (80) with
four #8 x 3/4" Screws (123). Then, see step 19
and attach the Front Upright Cover (91).
Note: Discard any other wires that are included
with the heart rate monitor.
