C. GPS Hardware Examination Procedure
The GPS examination procedure includes six parts. In the six parts, SiRFDemo
PPC program must be used. (Appendix A)
(1) Start the SiRFDemoPPC program. Then, make sure that the GPS comport
setting is [Port:COM6][Baud Rate: 57600]. After this step, check whether the
GPS function works or not.
(2) Re-download the GPS firmware (as Appendix B) and then check if the GPS
function or works or not.
