1. Press the u button to enter the LPC OFF mode and display
as below. (All servo ON. LPC OFF)

Specified Values:
RF level : 0.9 to 1.4 Vp-p
jitteriless than 9nsec
If the RF level and jitter are out of specified values, measure again
after clean the object lens by an applicator with lens cleaning liq-
uid.
