Cause (s)
g Excessive
misalignment of the
base and the table
causes the saw blade
to cut into the
workpiece at an angle.
h Loose fitting of
swiveling portion of
the upper arm and the
support or sluggish
movement. As a
result, components
may be deformed
because of unstable
upper arm or because
the operator must
apply excessive
pressure during
operation.
i Excessively fast
cutting speed causes
deflection of the saw
blade and inaccurate

force (pressure) is
required because of
dull saw blade.
