    Product Highlights File Server First and foremost, the N0204 miniNAS allows you to store and share files over an IP network. With a Network Attached Storage (NAS) device, you can centralize your files and share them easily over your network. With the easy-to-use web-based interface, users on your network can access these files in a snap.

    Chapter 2: Hardware Installation Overview Your N0204 miniNAS is designed for easy installation. To help you get started, the following chapter will help you quickly get your N0204 miniNAS up and running. Please read it carefully to prevent damaging your unit during installation.

    Refresh the logs. System Management The System Management menu gives you a wealth of settings that you can use to configure your N0204’s system administration functions. You can set up system time, system notifications, and even upgrade firmware from this menu. Time: Setting System Time From the Time menu, choose the Time item and the Time screen appears.

    Notification Configuration From the menu, choose the Notification item, and the Notification Configuration screen appears.     From the menu, choose the Schedule Power On/Off item and the Schedule Power On/Off screen appears. To designate a schedule for the N0204 miniNAS to turn on and off, first enable the feature by checking the Enable Schedule Power On/Off checkbox.

    Factory default From the menu, choose the Factory Default item and the Reset to Factory Default screen appears. Press Apply to reset the N0204 miniNAS to factory default settings. Resetting to factory defaults will not erase the data stored in the hard disks, but WARNING WILL revert all the settings to the factory default values.

    User and Group Authentication The N0204 miniNAS has built-in user database that allows administrators to manage user access using different group policies. From the User and Group Authentication menu, you can create, modify, and delete users, and assign them to groups that you designate.
