Precautions and general recommendations

• Do not tamper with the controls.
• Avoid improper use of the wine drawer: do not
sit on it, use it as a step or support or rest on it.
• Only use the wine drawer for storing sealed
bottles of wine and do not place any type of
food in it.
• After installation, make sure that the cabinet is
not crushing the power cable.
• Before carrying out any maintenance or cleaning
operation, unplug the appliance or disconnect it
from the power supply.
• Make sure the wine drawer is not near a heat
source.
• Do not store or use petrol or other flammable
liquids and gases in the vicinity of the wine
drawer or other electrical appliances. The
vapours given off can cause fires or explosions.
• Keep the ventilation openings in the wine
drawer container or installation structure free of
obstructions.
• Install and level the wine drawer on a floor
strong enough to take its weight and in an area
suitable for its size and use.
• The wooden racks enable orderly storage of the
bottles. Place the bottles separately in the
special support; not more than a total of sixteen
bordeaux type bottles. On closing the door
ensure that the bottles are not touching the
glass. Do not store explosive substances inside
the drawer. Store the wine bottles using the
specially designed wooden support; do not
remove it to store packaged cases, or boxes of
wine.
• Install the appliance in a dry and well-ventilated
place. The wine drawer is arranged for
operation in places where the temperature is
between +16°C and +32°C. The wine drawer
may not work properly if it is left for a long time
outside of the temperature range stated.
