7. Problem Diagnosis
7.1 About Problem Diagnosis
The main tool for diagnosing a problem is the Windows Event Viewer. This is launched as follows.
 Click 'Start'
 Right click 'Computer', and then 'Manage'.
 Expand 'Event Viewer' in the left pane, and then expand 'Applications and Services Logs'
 Click on 'XenData'
The XenData Event Log is illustrated below.
