Tape Contents Report

6.4.1 How to Run a Tape Contents Report

Start the Report Generator, select 'File' and 'New'. Then, select the following:
 'Tape Cartridge Contents' as the report type
 The tape by its Volume Label
 Search criteria - Select 'No Search' to list all files on the selected tape; alternatively select 'File
Name Text Search' to filter the listed files using a text Search Term.
 The 'sort by' type which sorts the report results by either the date that the file was written to tape or
the file name
