INSPECTION

• Drain bolt
• Outer fork tube
NOTE:
Wear/Scratches/Damage --, Replace.
Tighten the drain boltO while holding the piston

attempt
to straighten
a bent fork
tube

as this may dangerously weaken the tube.

48 cc (1.69 Imp oz, 1.62 US oz)
Reverse the "DISASSEMBLY" procedure
Note the following points.

• When reassembling the front fork, make sure

you use following new parts:
- Circlip
• Oil seals
• Rubber plug
. Circlips and retainers
• Make sure that all components are clean be-
forereassembling.
INSTALLATION
Reverse the "REMOVAL" procedure.
1. Install:

•Oil seal

• Retainer
• Left and right fork tube into the steering
•Dust boot
crown.
NOTE:
Before installing the oil seal, apply lithium soap

grease onto the oil seal lips.
