    ASSEMBLY NOTE: DO NOT over tighten screws and washers that come into contact with porcelain coated surfaces. Over tightening may cause the porcelain coating to crack and break, resulting in exposed metal that will be prone to rust. Place rear rail between cart frames. Hook the key hole slots to the preassembled #10-24x1/2" machine screws.

  • Page 19 Slide keyhole slots in the left side shelf over the five pre-installed screws on the left side of the firebox (A). Tighten the pre-installed screws (B). Remove the nut from injector, insert the injector to the hole on the side burner brace, re-install and tighten the nut to fix the injector to side burner brace (C).
  • Page 20 Place heat diffusers over burners by inserting tabs into slots in front of firebox. Opposite ends of heat diffusers rest on pins in back of firebox. Place cooking grates onto grate rests. Insert ends of Swing Away pivot wire into holes in sides of grill lid. Insert ends of Swing Away leg wire into holes in sides of firebox.
