Thank you for purchasing your new Logik Wine Cooler. We recommend that you spend some time reading this instruction manual in order that you fully understand all the operational features it offers. Read all the safety instructions carefully before use and keep this instruction manual for future reference. -

INSTALLATION Location When selecting a position for your unit make sure the floor is flat and firm, and that the room is well ventilated with an average room temperature of between 16°C and 32°C. Avoid locating your unit near a heat source, e.g. a cooker, boiler or radiator. Avoid direct sunlight. If you are placing your unit in an outbuilding such as a garage or annex ensure that the unit is placed above the damp course, otherwise condensation will occur on the cabinet. - Page 6 INSTALLATION 3. Place the two screws, the bottom bracket and the levelling feet to one side. 4. Lift the door and place it on a padded surface to prevent scratching it. 5. Remove the top hinge pin and spring inside. Refit on to the opposite side.

INSTALLATION Levelling the Unit To do this use the two levelling feet at the front of the unit. If the unit is not level, the door and magnetic seal alignments will not be covered properly. Operation Switching On Your Wine Cooler 1. The internal temperature of the wine cooler is THERMOSTAT CONTROL DIAL controlled by a thermostat. There are four settings NORMAL MIN, NORMAL, MAX and SUPER. 2. Before connecting the wine cooler to the mains socket, make sure that the thermostat control dial, located at the rear of the wine cooler on the right hand side is set to MAX. -

Using the humidifier Using the humidifier can protect wine from too much or too less humidity. If your wine cooler is too dry (below 50% RH), the cork dries up. The air can get into the wine and alter its composition. -

Noises Inside the Wine Cooler You may notice that your wine cooler makes some unusual noises. These noises are perfectly normal, and are caused by the circulation of the refrigerant liquid in the cooling system. It has become more pronounced since the introduction of CFC free gases. This is not a fault and will not affect the performance of your wine cooler. -

Filling Your Wine Cooler When filling your wine cooler the greater the amount of cans and bottles placed inside the wine cooler from room temperature, the longer it will take to cool them to the desired temperature. You may wish to temporarily turn the Thermostat Control Dial to a higher setting to speed up the cooling process. -

Maintenance Changing the Internal Light 1. Before carrying out the bulb replacement always switch the internal light to OFF, then disconnect the mains supply. 2. Hold and unscrew the light bulb cover. 3. Remove the plastic light bulb cover. 4. Remove the old bulb by unscrewing in an anti-clockwise direction. -
