The washplate on your Magic Chef MCSTCW21W2 portable washing machine may have come off due to improper installation, heavy loads, or residue buildup. To secure it, first ensure the unit is unplugged. Remove the washplate, clean it thoroughly, and check for any obstructions or damage. Then, properly reinstall it by aligning it with the central mounting point and pressing it firmly into place. If the issue persists, inspect for loose or damaged components and tighten or replace them as needed.
