Using the timers

The system offers Sleep Timer and Play
Timer.
The Sleep Timer has priority over the Play
Timer.
You can set the timer using the buttons on
the remote.

Setting the Sleep Timer

The system is turned off automatically after
the time set for the Sleep Timer is elapsed.
The Sleep Timer works even if the clock is
not set.

Press SLEEP  repeatedly to
specify the time.

Select "30MIN" to turn off the system
after 30 minutes.
•
To cancel the Sleep Timer, select
"OFF."

Setting the Play Timer

You can listen to a CD-DA or MP3 disc or
radio every day at a preset time.
Make sure you have set the clock before
setting the timer.

Prepare the sound source.
•
Prepare the sound source, and turn
the VOLUME dial  on the unit left or
right or press VOLUME +/–  on the
remote to adjust the volume.
The available sound sources are: CD,
USB, and TUNER (FM, AM or DAB)
FUNCTION
•
To play the desired tracks or files on
the disc only, create a program. See
"Creating your own program
(Program Play)" (page 20).

To listen to a radio program, tune in
the desired station, using Automatic
