Tuning in a radio station

Press TUNER FUNCTION  to
select a radio band.
Press FUNCTION  on the unit
repeatedly until "TUNER FM" or "TUNER
AM" appears (CMT-SBT300W), or "DAB"
or "TUNER FM" appears (CMT-
SBT300WB) in the display .
2 Press TUNING MODE 
repeatedly until "AUTO" appears
in the display .
Each time you press the button, the
tuning mode changes to AUTO, PRESET
or MANUAL.

Press TUNE +/– .
The frequency indication in the display
 starts changing.
Tuning stops automatically when a
radio station is tuned in, and "STEREO"
(when a FM stereo broadcast is
received) appears in the display
(Automatic Scanning).
Manual tuning
Press TUNING MODE  repeatedly
until "MANUAL" appears in the display
, and then press TUNE +/–  to tune
in the desired station.
Notes on DAB/DAB+ stations (CMT-SBT300WB
only)
•
When you tune in a station that provides
RDS services, information such as the
service name or station name is provided
by broadcasts.
•
When tuning in a DAB/DAB+ station, it
may take a few seconds before you hear
any sound.
•
Primary service is automatically received
when secondary service ends.
•
This tuner does not support data services.
Tip
If reception of an FM stereo broadcast is noisy,
press FM MODE  repeatedly until "MONO"
appears in the display to select monaural
reception. This reduces noise.
"MONO" is displayed for four seconds.
