Fault
The machine is not

The drain hose is obstructed or

The washer dryer is overloaded,
or badly loaded.
The washer dryer is leaning on a
solid object.
Not a fault.
Water should remain below the
level of the door/window.
Water or electricity failure.
Washer dryer gives an error

The detergent is not a low
foaming type.
Excessive amount of detergent

Methods of elimination
Check the drain hose.
Clean the pump filter.
Remove all the transit bolts.
Ensure the machine is located on an even
surface and is correctly levelled.
This is not indicative of a fault.
Do not exceed the load capacity, and
ensure the clothes are loaded evenly.
Ensure the machine is installed away from
other objects.

Check the power and water supplies.
Check display codes.
Check if the detergent is suitable.
Reduce amount of detergent used.
Add more clothes or try running the spin
cycle again.
Perform an extra rinsing operation using
the "Rinse" programme.
Alternatively, brush the particles off the
