Cleaning
WARNING!
Unplug the iron first!
To descale the nozzle
q Switch the steam control from 0 to 2 and back
again several times (self cleaning).
q Hold the iron at an angle and empty the tank.
q Store the iron upright and not on the soleplate (risk
of corrosion).
q Do not wind tightly.
q Unplug the iron and allow the soleplate to cool
down.
q Wipe the housing and soleplate with a damp cloth
only. If the soleplate is very dirty, iron a linen cloth
soaked in white vinegar. Then wipe with a clean
damp cloth.
q Do NOT immerse the iron in any liquid.
