About This Manual

This manual is divided into four chapters and an Appendix.
Chapter 1 System Board
Describes the system board and all its major components. It contains information about
the system board layout, jumper and connector locations and functions, jumper settings,
and memory configuration. It also describes how to install or remove a Pentium® II
processor. At the end of the chapter, you will find an explanation of error messages and
corresponding corrective measures.
Chapter 2 BIOS Utility
Describes the features and options of the system BIOS and tells how to configure the
system by setting the BIOS parameters.
Chapter 3 System Housing
Describes the system housing and tells how to install basic system components into the
housing. It gives brief instructions accompanied by illustrations showing how to perform
the described procedure.
