4. Rotate the crown to adjust each setting.
• If you spin the crown quickly, the hands for the time and day will move continuously.
To slow down and stop them, slightly rotate the crown.
• To move the date forward or backward by one day, slightly rotate the crown.
• The year and month are indicated by the second hand. Adjust them by referring to the
figure in the next page.
5. Repeat procedures 3 and 4.
6. On the stroke of the time signal, push the crown in to position 0 to finish the
setting.
The second hand starts moving from the 0 second position, and time/calendar indication
will resume.
