Label 1: "Failure to follow these safeguards may result in serious injury or health problems.
1. Remove control key when not in use and store out of reach of children.
2. If you feel any unusual pain or tightness in your chest, shortness of breath, or dizziness, feel faint or have any
discomfort while you exercise, STOP!
1. To avoid injury, stand on the side rails before starting treadmill.
2. Read and understand Owner's Manual and operation instructions prior to use. If you do not have and Owner's
Manual call 800-864-1270 to obtain one.
3. Keep pets and children away.

Location: On the inside of both handrails.
Label 2: "Electric shock hazard. Do not open cover."
Location: On the right side of the motor cover, on the front of the machine.
Serial Number: Have the serial number of the unit ready when you contact Customer Service to resolve any issues.
