Solution
Hold the power key to check the phone is
not in silent mode.
Check the ringtone and ring volume
settings.
Open a dialer, enter the code:
**61*101*11*30# - Then press Call
Go to Settings > Audio Profiles > Tap the
active profile > Phone Ringtone
Check for network coverage
Check you have Voice enabled on your
plan.
Check you have an active account or
sufficient credit
