Assist levels cannot be adjusted.
Motor reduces output, switches off.
CAUSE
Pushing assistance is activated.
Contact with display.
Fault with control panel (remote
control).
This phenomenon occurs very rarely
in batteries which are approaching
empty.
Temperature is too high. The motor
is too hot.
No application of battery power.
Motor is not in contact with the
system.
Motor is not in contact with the
system.
Other fault.
Fault with motor.
Communication fault.
SOLUTION
The assist levels can be adjusted again
whilst riding.
Spray contact spray onto the contacts
located on the underside of the display.
If the problem persists, contact your
specialist cycle shop.
Contact your specialist cycle shop.
Recharge the battery.
Allow your system to cool down.
Check the battery contacts and the
wiring.
Check the connector of the motor cable
and the wiring.
Clean the contacts on the display with
contact spray and check the functionality
of the spring contact.
