Warning! The hood can support a maximum weight of 5 kg
Bulb maintenance
1. Disconnect the hood from the power supply.
2. Use a small screwdriver or another suitable tool to prise
and remove the lighting unit (Fig.1).
3. Replace the damaged lamp.
4. Only use 20 W max. - G4 halogen lamps, taking care not
to touch them with hands.
5. Close the lighting unit (snap-on).

Grease filters:

The metal grease filter has an unlimited life and must be
washed once a month by hand or in a dishwasher at a low
temperature and with short cycle. Washing in a dishwasher
can cause the grease filter to become opaque, but its filtering
capacity is not affected.
Grease filter maintenance:
1. Disconnect the hood from the power supply.
2. Remove the grease filter/s (Fig. 2). to remove it/them
pull the spring release handle backwards (f1) then remove
the filter/s downwards (f2)
Carbon filter maintenance
(for models with filter installation)
The carbon filter must be washed once a month in a
dishwasher at the highest temperature, using a normal
dishwasher detergent. It is advisable to wash the filters
separately.
After washing, reactivate the carbon filter by drying it in the
oven at 100° C for 10 minutes.
Change carbon filter every 3 years

Fitting the carbon filter:

1. Remove the grease filter (f1/f2 - Fig. 2).
2. Remove the filter holder by turning the knobs 90°
(g - Fig. 3).
3. Fit the carbon filter (i - Fig. 3) in the filter holder (h - Fig. 3).
Proceed in reverse order to refit the filter holder and grease
filter.

Press the button to switch on the lights.
Extraction speed selection button.
Press the button to select the power/speed.
Keep the button pressed for 2 seconds to go to OFF
status.
