    ● How to use the remote control The CANICOM 400 remote control is designed to operate with 1 or 2 receiver collar(s). For optimal range performance, hold the remote control in front of you with your arm extended, at least 10 inches away from your body.

    The training instructions you give to your dog are sent from the remote control to the receiver collar(s) by radio waves. These radio waves are sensitive and the range reaches approximately 400 yards for the CANICOM 400 (depending on geography and environment).

Your dog can swim in water. In order to maintain water tightness, we recommend the replacement of the seal located in the receiver collar every year.
