Problems with the load size indicator

Problem
The display indicates a
load of even
< 25%
though the drum is full.
The display indicates a
load greater than
even though the drum
is empty.

Possible cause
There was already
laundry in the drum
when the machine was
switched on. This has
decalibrated the
sensor from the zero
setting.
The load size sensor
<25%
, has been decalibrated
from the zero position.
Remedy
^ To recalibrate the sensor
to the zero setting:
– Remove the laundry from
the drum and leave the
door open.
– Switch off the washing
machine.
– Switch on the washing
machine.
– Select the option Load
sensor zero setting in the
Settings menu.
– Activate this option.
The zero setting will be
recalibrated.
Rotate the drum once. If it
still indicates a load greater
<25%
than , recalibrate the
sensor to the zero setting
(see above).
