    teMperature reGulatIon teMperature adjustMent The water temperature is controlled by surface mounted thermostats with ECO high limit. There is one mounted firmly against the tank directly above each element. The thermostats of A-8 circuit are adjustable from approximately 120°F (49°C) (lowest setting) to 180°F (82°C) (highest setting).

    MaIntenance General anode rod InspectIon The anode rod is used to protect the tank from corrosion. Most hot water tanks are equipped with an anode rod. The submerged rod sacrifices itself to protect the tank. Instead of corroding tank, water ions attack and eat away the anode rod.
