Troubleshooting
Please check the following before contacting your dealer for service. Errors in signals are apt to be taken
for problems in the product.
Problems
No image appears
on the screen.
Power supply error
LED lights up.
Fan error LED
lights up.
HDD error LED
lights up.
Temperature error
LED lights up.
Can't control the
devices.

• Check that the power cord is connected firmly.
• Check that proper signals are input from or output to the external
devices.
• Check that the terminals of the external devices are connected firmly.
• Check that the external devices are turned on.
• Contact your MITSUBISHI dealer.
• Contact your MITSUBISHI dealer.
• Replace the faulty HDD.
• Check that the inlet port or outlet port of the VC-X3000 is not blocked
with a cable or other article.
• Check that the LAN cable is connected properly.
