PREPARATION

Installing/Removing the Optional Battery Pack

The optional KNB-14 or KNB-15A battery pack is not
charged at the factory. Charge the pack before use. If
after purchase or extended storage (greater than
2 months), battery capacity is found to be low, the
battery pack needs recharging. Repeating the charge/
discharge cycles two or three times will restore the
battery to its normal capacity.
1 Position the four grooves on the inside edges of the
battery pack over the corresponding guides on the
back of the transceiver.
