To reset the administrator password on a J&W JW-H67M-USB3 motherboard without access to BIOS or Windows, you need to clear the CMOS. This will reset the BIOS settings, including the password. Follow these steps:

1. Power off the computer and unplug it.
2. Open the computer case.
3. Locate the CMOS battery on the motherboard (a round, silver coin-cell battery).
4. Remove the battery carefully.
5. Wait about 5–10 minutes to ensure settings are cleared.
6. Reinsert the battery.
7. Close the case and power on the system.

The BIOS settings, including the administrator password, should now be reset.
