Hydraulic cooler clogged or

Oil level low or oil contaminated.
•
Excessive loading (long grass).
•
Air trapped in the hydraulic system.
•
Inlet leak.
•
Loose connection/seal.
•
Damaged seal or gasket.
•
Hose leaking but oil reaching
the pump.
Tighten the bypass.
Check all connections and
hoses for leaks.
Replace hydraulic filter.
Replace pump.
Clean the exterior of the mower,
especially the cooler.
Replace hydraulic cooler.
Fill to proper level or change oil.
Raise the cutting height, drive
more slowly.
Aerate the system.
Check all connections and
hoses for leaks.
Tighten, clean, test run.
Replace seal, test run.
Replace seal and gasket.
Replace hose, seal and gasket.
