New Voicemail Message Alerts
When you receive a new voice message, your device alerts you
and prompts you to check your voicemail.
To call your voicemail from the notification panel:
1.
Drag the status bar down the screen.
2.
Touch a voicemail entry.
Note:
When you are roaming off the home network, you may not
receive notification of new voicemail messages. It is
recommended that you periodically check your voicemail by
dialing the area code and your wireless phone number. When
your voicemail answers, touch
password. You may be charged roaming rates when you
access voicemail while roaming off the home network.
Your device accepts messages even when it is turned off.
However, your device notifies you of new messages only
when it is turned on and you are in a wireless service area.
Retrieving Your Voicemail Messages
You can review your messages directly from your wireless device
or from any other touch-tone phone.

With messaging, you can send and receive instant messages
between your device and another messaging-ready device. When
you receive a new message, a new message icon will appear on
the status bar.
There are two types of messaging, Text Messaging (SMS) and
Multimedia Messaging (MMS).
Multimedia messages consist of both text and multimedia files,
such as pictures, videos, or voice recordings.
Touch

Note:
You are charged for airtime minutes when you are accessing
your voicemail from your wireless device.
