Questions and answers
How do i remove the paint nosel fo cleaning
To remove the paint nozzle for cleaning on a Wagner Power Painter:
1. Detach the nozzle tip by popping it off along with the spring.
2. Clean each part individually using lacquer thinner in a small dish.
3. Use a tiny screwdriver or brush to remove paint from threads and small areas.
4. Let parts soak if needed, then scrape off any remaining paint.
5. Reassemble carefully, starting with the ring, then the nozzle tip and spring, and finally reinsert the piston into the gun.
