    The e2e wireless (ear-to-ear wireless) technology of the ePocket gives you the ability to change the listening program or volume of both hearing instruments at the same time. You also have the ability to see the settings and battery status of each instrument on the display of the ePocket.
  • Page 7 If an audio shoe is attached to one or both of your hearing instruments, the program button on the ePocket or on the instruments can be used to select the audio mode (such as only audio, only microphone, or audio and microphone).

    Using the program button You can change the program of your hearing system with the program button on the ePocket. The program button controls your programs, which are arranged in a cycle. Whenever you turn the system off and then on, or the battery is repla- ced, the hearing system will return to Program 1.

    Using the volume control With the "Volume up" (+) button and "Volume down" (-) but- ton you can change the volume of your hearing system. Use the "Volume up" (+) button to increase the volume and make sounds louder. Use the "Volume down" (-) button to decrease the volume and make sounds softer.

    To change the batteries, gently pull down the cover of the ePocket battery compartment until it is opened. Insert two batteries as indicated by the polarity symbols (+ and -) marked inside the compartment.
  • Page 14 - To avoid damage from possible battery leakage, remove the batteries if you do not plan to use the ePocket for an extended period of time. - Do NOT throw away your dead batteries! Do NOT attempt to dispose of batteries by burning them.

    Use the "cover” (see "Accessories” section) to protect against accidental drips or splashes when you go near water such as a sink. Do NOT put your ePocket in water! The cover does NOT make your ePocket waterproof. Do NOT clean your ePocket with alcohol or benzine as this may damage the lacquer, and over time can harm the display window.
