Installing or replacing an adapter card

This section provides information and instructions for installing or replacing an
adapter card. Your computer has one PCI Express x1 adapter card slot, one PCI
Express x16 adapter card slot, and two PCI adapter card slots. See "Identifying
parts on the system board" on page 11.
To install or replace an adapter card:
1. Remove the computer cover. See "Removing the computer cover" on page 14.
2. At the rear of the computer, press the release button 1 to open the adapter
